What are Room Categories?
Room Categories describe the main type or purpose of your room and help visitors browse the Veda directory.
Will Veda delete rooms if I downgrade my membership?
No. Existing rooms are not automatically deleted because your new plan has a lower room limit. You will not be able to add another room until you are below the limit for your current membership.
What happens when I reach my room limit?
You can continue managing your existing rooms, but you cannot add another published room until you remove one or upgrade your membership.
Where can I see how many room slots I have left?
Go to the Rooms tab in your dashboard. At the top of My Rooms you can see how many published rooms you are currently using and your total room allowance.
How many rooms can I have?
Your room limit depends on your Veda membership. Starter members can have up to 5 published rooms, Growth members up to 25, and Membership members up to 50.
Does removing a room free up one of my room slots?
Yes. Your room limit is based on published rooms, so a room that has been removed no longer counts toward your published room limit.
Can I remove a room?
Yes. From the Rooms tab in your dashboard, select Remove next to the room. The room will be removed from the public directory and moved to Trash.
Can I change the link to my room later?
Yes. Edit the room from the Rooms tab in your dashboard and update the Room Link.
What information do I need to add a room?
Your room name, description, and room link are required. You can also add a featured image, choose a category, and add tags to help people find your room.
What is a Veda Room?
A Veda Room is a listing for your virtual space. It gives people a place to discover your room, learn what it is about, and visit it.
