Why does being active matter?
Veda can use live visitor activity to help visitors find rooms where something is happening right now.
What happens when someone leaves my room?
The Room Tracker watches current visitor activity. When someone leaves or is no longer active in the room, they will drop out of the current visitor count.
Why does my room say “Tracker not added”?
This means the Room Tracker has not been set up for that room yet. Select Add Tracker from your My Rooms dashboard to get the embed code.
Does the tracker show how many people are in my room?
Your My Rooms dashboard shows the current visitor count for rooms that have the Room Tracker set up.
What does the Room Tracker look like?
The Room Tracker is a small Veda-branded image designed to sit inside your virtual room without taking up much space. It also gives visitors a way to return to Veda.
How do I add the Room Tracker?
Go to the Rooms tab in your dashboard and select Add Tracker next to your room. Copy the tracker embed code and add it to your virtual room. Once it is set up, the button will let you copy the tracker code again whenever you need it.
How do I add a new room?
From your dashboard go to the rooms tab and select add new room. Be sure to gather everything you need before you start. Feature image, 1200 x 650 px. Room Name Room description The link to your virtual room You can choose from one of the categories and also add tags.
Why should I use tags?
Tags give visitors more information about what your room offers and help organize rooms by topic and interest.
Can my room have more than one category?
Your room can have one main category. Use Room Tags to describe additional topics, activities, or interests related to your room.
What are Room Tags?
Room Tags give you additional ways to describe what happens in your room. You can use tags for topics such as networking, coworking, wellness, art, education, and more.
