Can I delete an image from my Media Library?
Yes, as long as the image is not currently being used by another Veda feature. Images that are in use are protected from deletion.
What is alt text?
Alt text is a short description of an image that helps people using screen readers understand what the image shows. Add useful alt text when the image provides meaningful information.
Can I add alt text to an image?
Yes. You can add or update the alt text for an image directly in your Veda Media Library and then select Save details.
Can I edit an image title?
Yes. Each image in your Media Library has an editable title. Change the title and select Save details.
What is the Veda Media Library?
The Veda Media Library is your personal image library for Veda. Images you upload there can be reused in Veda features such as rooms, events, and supported widgets.
Do event images count toward my media storage?
Yes. Event images selected from your Veda Media Library count toward your file and storage totals just like your other Veda images.
Do images used in my rooms count toward my media storage?
Yes. Images managed through Veda count toward your Media Library file and storage totals.
Can I reuse the same image in more than one place?
Yes. Images in your Veda Media Library are designed to be reusable across supported Veda features, so you do not need to upload the same image again each time.
Can I still use my existing images after reaching my limit?
Yes. Reaching your limit only blocks new uploads. Images already in your Media Library remain available for use.
Does Veda warn me before my media storage is full?
Your Media Library shows your file and storage usage so you can see when you are getting close to your limits.
