Need to Know

Just the facts — here’s what you should know before joining the Inner Circle:

  • I work best at night — think vampire hours.
  • You’ll usually catch me active after 2:00 PM Central.
  • I am unreachable from 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central every day.
  • If I’m not in the room, just send a message — I’ll get a text and be with you soon.
  • I’m on call for quick questions and real-time help when possible.
  • Bigger issues might need to be scheduled — I’ll let you know when that’s the case.
  • 1:1 sessions happen when needed, not on a set schedule. No fluff, just solutions.
  • You’ll have access to a private help desk where you can submit questions, upload screenshots, or send a quick video — whatever gets us to the fix faster.
  • The help desk shows my current support hours and any outages (like power/internet issues).
  • Use the form to “check in” — it sends me a text and lets me know what kind of support you need.
  • You’ll choose your urgency level:
    • “OMG the site is down!!”
    • “Oh crap, it’s costing me money.”
    • “Something’s broken and I have a deadline!”
    • “This thing is driving me nuts but I probably need a break.”
    • “This thing is driving me nuts and I can’t take a break — I’ve got to power through it now.”
  • You can also add your return time (if stepping away), a deadline (if you have one), and describe the issue in more detail.
  • If I’m around, I’ll pop in or message you. If not, I’ll follow up by email.
  • Bonus: Add me on Facebook if you want a backup way to chat when I’m offline.

  • The support library is built from real questions, advice, and tools shared inside the Circle.
  • Founding members get more live support while it’s still growing.
  • Later members will rely more on the library to avoid repeat Q&A.
  • I work on the library daily starting at 2 PM, so if I’m hanging out, feel free to stop by and chat — brainstorms and casual questions are always welcome. Some days I’m in the room all day, other times I pop in and out depending on what’s going on.
  • Most questions are answered the same day if I’m online.
  • If it’s complex or I’m asleep, I’ll reply as soon as I’m back online — promise.
  • “Can my website do this… and if so, how?”
  • “My client wants their site to look just like [example] — how do I make that happen?”
  • “This site is super slow — what can I do to fix it?”
  • “Why is my domain-based email not working?”
  • “How do I transfer this site to a different host?”
  • “I need to add a record to my server… what does that even mean?”

Not everything has to be an emergency — casual questions, ideas, and brainstorms are welcome too.

  • You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no guilt trips.
  • If you come back later, just know you’ll rejoin at the current price.
  • Real support — not scripts, bots, or vague advice.

  • If you’re clear, respectful, and ready to learn, I’ll meet you there.

  • You don’t need to know code — just tell me what you’re trying to do. I’ll help you figure out the rest.

  • If you want someone to build your site for you, this may not be the right plan.
